* Estimates  It is important to note that all estimates are line-itemized so please review carefully.  If it is not on the estimate, it is not included. 

* Payment terms   A deposit is required at the start of each job.  Invoices will be issued as work progresses, with payment expected at that time.  Further payments will be requested as the work requires.   If any payment requests are not met, we reserve the right to request full payment before continuing the job and may suspend work until payment is received.

* Entry/Access  When we start working in your home, we kindly ask for flexible access to the property. We are happy to accommodate customers’ schedules, including vacations and work commitments. However, we do require unrestricted access to the home to ensure we can work as efficiently as possible. As a small business, we may not always be able to provide daily updates on our arrival time, and we appreciate your understanding.

* Work Area  We require our team to have an independent work area to focus on attention to detail and efficiency. Please limit trips to the work area.  Please minimize trips to this area.  For any questions or concerns, direct them to either Joe or Kristen to help maintain productivity without disruptions.

* Pricing is calculated on the number of hours each task should take. Interruptions and distractions are impactful and could hinder and/or delay the project.  We ask that any and all questions or concerns be directed to either Joe (508)944-1928 or Kristen (781)789-9089. This is necessary to keep our team on task and focused on the job at hand.  Joe or Paul are always available to answer any and all questions. 

* Hardware/Accessories We recommend you purchase all your hardware and/or appliances as soon as possible in order to avoid delay with the project.

* Pets are the customer’s responsibility and should be contained and kept from entering the work space while we are working.

* Cleanup  Premiere Pros is responsible for general cleanup throughout the project, including the removal of excess materials, debris, and trash from the work site on a regular basis. However, any thorough cleaning during or after the project is the responsibility of the homeowner.

* Code of Conduct  We are dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment for all. Both parties shall be committed to fostering a positive and respectful environment.  Each party agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests related to maintaining respect. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect towards our team members. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in contract termination and associated costs.
